Warranty Coverage & Protection

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the battery pack itself. This includes cell failure, module malfunction, or premature capacity loss under normal operating conditions. The warranty period begins on the date of professional installation.

Yes. If a covered defect occurs within the warranty period, we will replace or repair the battery at no charge—including labor. You will not pay for diagnostics, removal, reinstallation, or system validation if the claim is approved.

No, our warranties are non-transferable. The warranty remains valid only for the original purchaser and vehicle. If you sell your vehicle, the new owner will not inherit the remaining warranty coverage.

Warranty coverage is voided by:

• DIY or third-party installation (not by ReVolt)
• Physical damage from accidents or collisions
• Water damage or environmental exposure
• Tampering, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
• Vehicle use in commercial applications (e.g., rideshare, delivery)

Contact us immediately if you experience battery issues. We'll schedule a diagnostic appointment to determine if the issue is covered under warranty. Our team will:

• Perform a free diagnostic inspection
• Review your warranty coverage and installation records
• Approve or explain the claim decision
• Replace or repair at no cost if approved

Absolutely. Mobile installations performed by ReVolt Hybrid Solutions are 100% warranty-eligible. Our mobile technicians use the same equipment, follow the same protocols, and provide the same validation as in-shop installations. There is no difference in warranty coverage.

Your warranty remains valid, but you must return to ReVolt Hybrid Solutions for warranty service. We do not have a national network of authorized service centers. If you're unable to return, the warranty cannot be fulfilled by a third-party shop.

Currently, our maximum warranty coverage is 3 years. We've found this provides the best balance of affordability and protection for professionally remanufactured hybrid batteries. If you're interested in longer coverage, contact us to discuss custom options.
